The Building Consultancy was given the brief to create a dynamic and collaborative office space to meet the needs of a growing company and to facilitate hybrid working model.
The project was carried out over a 12-week period on the penthouse level of the 8th Building, a Grade-A office situated in Newmarket Square, Dublin 8.
The new office fit-out boasts modern and eco-friendly design elements, featuring state-of-the-art meeting facilities, dynamic collaboration spaces, and inviting coffee bars. The meeting rooms are equipped with high-spec audio-visual installations, ensuring seamless virtual and in-person interactions. Collaboration spaces are designed to foster creativity and teamwork, with flexible seating arrangements and writable surfaces. The coffee bars serve as casual gathering spots, promoting informal discussions and social interactions. Throughout the office, sustainable building materials are prominently used, reflecting a commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
